Application
Strizo stone carpets are decorative and wear-resistant floor covering systems based on coloured or non-coloured quartz, which is turned into a seamless floor finish using a high-grade epoxy binding agent.
Strizo stone carpets offer a range of practical properties, including the following:

Depending on grain size, Strizo stone carpets are applied in layers of 6 to 12 mm.
Applications:
Strizo stone carpets are ideal for a functional and decorative floor finish in showrooms, exhibition halls, offices, shops, reception areas, residential areas and public spaces.

Strizo stone carpets are suitable for virtually any type of stable substrate and combine very well with floor heating systems.

Strizo stone carpet
Strizo stone carpets are available in many colours and endless colour combinations, and in three gain-size varieties: 2-3, 3-4 and 4-6mm.
Strizo forte
Stone carpet with high-performance pressure and wear resistance properties thanks to the use of special Strizo binding agent (Strizo EP 230) and an extra topcoat (Strizo EP 320). Specially suited for higher-than-average loads. Supplied with a standard 5-year guarantee.
Sealed-surface variety
The open structure of this stone carpet has been sealed with Strizo AC 310, so that grease, moisture and dirt can easily be removed. Ideal for use in a variety of spaces, such as toilet areas, reception areas, entran

ce/exit areas of workshops, etc. After sealing, the floor is given an epoxy or polyurethane finish (Strizo EP 310 or Strizo PU 330 respectively).
Installation:
- Processing:> Applied by specialised processing companies, possibly with the help of mechanical distribution and compression machines.
- Substrate:> Strizo stone carpets can be applied to virtually any type of stable substrate, provided it is dry, clean and non-greasy. Stone carpets can also be used to cover tiled or wooden floors for renovation purposes, provided the original floor is properly pre-treated.
- Pre-treatment:> First apply adhesive primer Strizo EP 110. In the case of a tiled or wooden substrate, use Strizo EP 120 as adhesive primer. Smoothed monolithic concrete floors must be blasted (and made dust-free) first.
- Finish:> Stone carpets may be provided with an additional Strizo EP 320 topcoat for enhanced wear-resistance.
